About me
My name is Xavier Chauffin, I'm 39 years old, and cycling has been part of my life since... forever! Passionate about two wheels since childhood, I grew up on BMX tracks before discovering all the sensations that mountain biking offers. Today, I share this passion through LevelUp Vélo, as a State-certified Instructor-Guide since 2018, with a single desire: to pass on my knowledge, to help you progress, and above all to make you enjoy cycling in an exceptional setting, facing Mont Blanc!
My cycling route...
From the age of 8, I was launched into BMX racing in competition. Then mountain biking became my favorite playground, especially in enduro where I reached a 5th place at the 2024 French Championships, and took part in several editions of open world cups or the legendary Mégavalanche. For about ten years, I also practiced freestyle BMX as a reallifestyle. All these experiences forged me a complete and technical vision of riding, which I now put at the service of others.
